24"x20" Mixed Media on Canvas

'At Sea' was inspired by a visit to beautiful Iceland.   It is one of a series of three made around the same time, with the same feeling.   A beautiful land, with so many textures and layers.   How overwhelming it must have been as a Viking disembarking to a land so rugged, mysterious, and mesmerizing.
